Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 2026

Welcome to Solana AirdropSender. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Solana AirdropSender application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Vyntura Digital, located at Postbus 31394, 6503 CJ Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

By connecting your wallet and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Solana AirdropSender provides a decentralized application (dApp) interface that allows users to batch-send Solana (SOL) and SPL tokens to multiple wallet addresses simultaneously. We provide the interface; the actual transactions occur on the decentralized Solana blockchain.

2. Transactions and Irreversibility

  • Immutable Blockchain: All transactions broadcasted to the Solana blockchain are immutable and irreversible. Once you sign and confirm a transaction via your wallet, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded by us.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient wallet addresses and the token amounts. Vyntura Digital is not liable for tokens sent to incorrect, incompatible, or inaccessible addresses.

3. Fees and No-Refund Policy

  • Service Fees: Using the Service incurs a service fee, which is clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction. This is in addition to the standard Solana network fees (gas fees).
  • No Refunds: Because of the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the immediate execution of our Service, all sales and fees paid are final. You explicitly waive your right to a refund or right of withdrawal once a transaction is initiated.

4. Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam

You agree not to use the Service for malicious purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Distributing scam tokens, phishing links, or malicious NFTs.
  • Airdropping tokens to wallets without a legitimate purpose (spamming).
  • Violating any applicable financial sanctions or laws.
  • Engaging in market manipulation, financial fraud, "pump and dump" schemes, or "rug pulls".

We reserve the right to block certain wallets, IP addresses, or token mints from using our interface if we suspect abuse or illegal activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vyntura Digital assumes no liability or responsibility for:

  • Failed transactions due to Solana network congestion, downtime, or RPC node failures.
  • Bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities in the underlying smart contracts or the Solana protocol.
  • Financial losses of any kind resulting from the use of our Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of The Netherlands.
